Annual General Meeting of the Dufferin Hi-Land Bruce Trail Club

Join us on Thursday Aug 14, 2025 for the Annual General Meeting of the Dufferin Hi-Land Bruce Trail Club.

This event is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers, gain insights into the board’s initiatives, and discover the wide array of activities and future plans the club has in store. Also to vote for the 2025/2026 Board of Directors.

Whether you’re a seasoned member or new to the club, we invite you to participate and be a part of shaping our exciting journey ahead!

Location: 678155 Centre Rd, Mulmur (park along driveway) (Location: Google maps)

  • The location is midway between 20 Sideroad and Dufferin 21
  • Please note that the bridge just west of Centre Rd at Kilgorie is closed, so plan your route accordingly
  • Outdoors – weather permitting
  • Bring your own chair

Time: The event will commence at 4:30 pm, the AGM at 5:00 pm with a potluck dinner to follow.

Potluck dinner:

  • Bring a favourite dish to share plus your own plate, utensils, mug and beverage of choice
  • Barbecue, oven and microwave available
  • If attending… By Aug 7 please advise what pot luck dish you plan to bring (AGM RSVP)
  • If there is too much of one item we might ask you to make a switch.
