The Bruce Trail Day Music Walk was a great success with over 100 people attending and an amazing crew of volunteers. The walk around Splitrock Nature Reserve featured 5 local bands. The Fitzee’s, Sandy Harron, Dean Woods and Bon Giovanni, The Twin Fawns, and the Half Even Boys.
The crowds all enjoyed the acoustic music along the trail and the weather behaved for most of the day for us.
Children enjoyed treasure hikes and Bird Box building, while others got to learn more about the many things the Dufferin Bruce Trail Club does to help preserve our environment and further conservation in the area. Many enjoyed a yummy Samosa, Hamburger, or Hotdog meal with us as well.
It was a great day and many thanks to the volunteers and people who attended. We hope next year will be just as great.
Looking forward to seeing you all out there.
